1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within two business after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You’ll receive an email notification when your order has shipped (or is ready for pickup).
2. Shipping Options & Rates
We currently ship within the United States.

- Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days.
- Shipping cost: Calculated at check out.

- Estimated delivery: 2 business days.
- Cost calculated at checkout.
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and are based on order weight, destination, and selected service.
3. Local Pickup (Davis, CA)
We offer free local pickup at our storefront:

- You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Please pick up your order within 5 days of notification.
- Bring your order confirmation (and a valid ID).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see your package, please:

- Look around mailboxes, porches, or delivery areas
- Contact the carrier directly
If you still can’t locate your package, reach out to us at support@shopthegoodpeoplefarmscbdhemp.myshopify.com with your order number.
5. Shipping Availability, Restrictions & Disclaimer
- We currently do not ship internationally.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if shipping to your address is not supported by our carriers or is otherwise restricted due to state regulations.
- Products containing CBD are subject to state-specific restrictions and may not be available for purchase or shipment to all U.S. states.
6. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Carrier delays
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. Weather, holidays, or carrier issues may cause delays.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the damaged item(s).
- Email us at support@shopthegoodpeoplefarmscbdhemp.myshopify.com within 2 days of delivery, including your order number and photos.
We’ll review and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Lost in transit (no “delivered” scan)
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help open an inquiry with the carrier. Resolutions will be handled case by case.

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
