Refund policy

General Policy

·       Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

·       Items must be in resalable condition as described below.

·       Opened items, used items, pet consumables, and items marked final sale may not be returned.

Clothing

·       Must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

·       Standard clothing items (without cannabis discount coupons) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days under the general policy above.

Skincare & Topicals (CBD / Hemp)

·       Must be unopened, unused, and with all seals and packaging intact.

Wellness Products (Gummies, Tinctures, Tincture Oils, Capsules, etc.)

·       Must be unopened, unused, and with all seals intact.

Glassware & Consumption Accessories

·       For sanitary and safety reasons, all sales are final.

·       No returns or exchanges on glassware or consumption accessories unless found defective at the time of purchase.

Pet Products

·       Must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with tags and seals intact.

The Good People Farms Branded Merchandise with Cannabis Discount Coupons

·       Some of The Good People Farms branded items include a coupon or promotion for a discount on cannabis products purchased via delivery only.

·       To prevent coupon misuse, all The Good People Farms branded merchandise that includes a cannabis discount coupon is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or refund.

·       As a courtesy, these items may be eligible for a one-time size exchange for the same item only, subject to: exchange requested within 14 days of purchase; item is unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached; and original receipt is presented.

·       No refunds or store credit will be issued on these items, even if a cannabis coupon has not been redeemed.

·       Redemption Requirements for Cannabis Discount Coupons: Coupons may be redeemed only by the original purchaser of the qualifying branded item; at the time of cannabis delivery, the customer must show the original The Good People Farms receipt for the branded item to the delivery driver; and the name on the receipt must match the name on the delivery order and associated customer account.

·       If the receipt cannot be presented, or if the name does not match, the coupon or discount will not be honored and the order will be charged at the non-discounted price.

·       Coupons and promotional discounts are single-use, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

·       If a coupon attached to the original purchase has already been redeemed, no additional or replacement coupon will be issued with an exchanged item.

Defective or Damaged Items

·       If an item is defective or was damaged at the time of purchase, please contact us within 14 days so we can review and, if appropriate, offer an exchange or store credit.
