- We do not knowingly sell products to minors.

At our retail storefront and online shop, we offer hemp-derived and CBD products that are intended for wellness and lifestyle use only.

5. Cannabis Delivery vs. In-Store Sales

The Good People Farms operates a licensed cannabis delivery and distribution service in California (C9-0000270-LIC & C11-0001943-LIC) and a separate retail storefront (Perseverant Ventures DBA The Good People Farms CBD & Hemp) that sells hemp-derived and CBD products as well as cannabis lifestyle products.

- All sales of cannabis happen through The Good People Farms (C9-0000270-LIC).

- No licensed cannabis (THC) products are sold from our retail storefront. 

- THC-containing cannabis products are available only through our licensed delivery service, in accordance with California Department of Cannabis Control regulations and local ordinances.
- Our storefront is used to educate customers about the Cannabis sativa L. plant and its two varietals (cannabis and hemp), and to offer legal hemp-derived and CBD products, lifestyle goods, and educational materials.

Any references to THC, cannabis products, or licensed brands are for educational and informational purposes only within the storefront.
