 General Policy

·       Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

·       Items must be in resalable condition as described below.

·       Opened items, used items, pet consumables, and items marked final sale may not be returned.

Clothing

·       Must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

·       Standard clothing items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days under the general policy above.

Skincare & Topicals (CBD / Hemp)

·       Must be unopened, unused, and with all seals and packaging intact.

Wellness Products (Gummies, Tinctures, Tincture Oils, Capsules, etc.)

·       Must be unopened, unused, and with all seals intact.

Glassware & Consumption Accessories

·       For sanitary and safety reasons, all sales are final. 

·       No returns or exchanges on glassware or consumption accessories unless found defective at the time of purchase.

The Good People Farms glass stash jars and glass preroll tubes  with coupons for cannabis delivery products.

·       These products are not valid for returns or exchanges.

Pet Products

·       Must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with tags and seals intact.

Defective or Damaged Items

·       If an item is defective or was damaged at the time of purchase, please contact us within 14 days so we can review and, if appropriate, offer an exchange or store credit.
